Embaixadorz organizes ambassador programs: coupons, sales attribution, commissions and payment records. It does not pay anyone and does not hold money: the merchant pays the ambassador directly, from their own account.
The merchant sets the rules (commission, discount, approval) and is responsible for payments and tax obligations. The ambassador is responsible for the data they register, in particular their payment details.
Fixed monthly fee per plan, with no percentage on sales and no transaction fee.
The first 7 days are free; nothing is charged before day 8. The subscription is approved and charged by Shopify, on the store's invoice — Embaixadorz does not keep card data. It renews every 30 days. Upgrade or downgrade take effect immediately, with the prorated adjustment made by Shopify. Cancel any time: no new charges and access until the end of the period already paid; there is no refund for the current period. Coupons apply as shown at the time of purchase, for the stated term. Data can be exported until access ends.
Using the app for fraud, spam or violation of the LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) and of Shopify's policies is prohibited. Such accounts may be terminated.
The service is provided as is. We do what we can to keep it up and correct; we are not liable for lost profits.
